We understand that life at the grassroots level is busy. This 6-week remote taster series is designed to be completed in your own time. As long as you engage with the modules within the 6-week window, you can move at a pace that suits you.

The Path Forward: By successfully completing this R&D pilot, you won't just walk away with new knowledge—you will be automatically enrolled onto Stage 2 of the 'Community Founder Series' launching later this year which will be held in Lancaster. This next stage will take you deeper into the professional business world, moving you closer to your full C.I.C. launch with continued support from Community Mind Connect C.I.C.

• The Absolute Beginner: You have a passion to fix something in your neighborhood/community but have never heard of a C.I.C. or a Social Enterprise. We’ll start from the very beginning.

• The Researcher: You’ve heard the term 'C.I.C.' and want to know if this business model is the right fit for your community vision.

• The Existing Business Owner: You already run a Limited Company but want to explore pivoting toward a social impact model or adding a non-profit arm to your work.
